2026 Church Planter Needs List Registration

The purpose of this form is to gather pertinent information regarding church plants and other ministries that will appear in the conference needs list (distributed at the beginning of the conference). Heartland Baptist Bible College reserves the right to evaluate and decide whether any specific ministry is included or not in the needs list booklet. The purpose of this list is simply to communicate information during the conference regarding the needs of those in the booklet.

This form must be submitted by December 15, 2025 for the information to be included in the needs list. Any submissions after December 15 will be included on an addendum page (typically distributed the second day of the conference).

"New Church Plants" refers to a church that was started in the past 2 years or will be started in the coming year. Please note the intent of this conference is primarily to spotlight current church plants in the USA (not foreign church plants).

"Current Church Plants" refers to new churches started more than 2 years ago.

"Church Helps" refers to ministries that help churches in various ways, i.e. church building construction assistance, camp ministries, printing or graphic design aid, and many other types of "helps ministries". Church Helps representatives' displays will be on display in a prominent place in the chapel building during the conference.

Doctrinal Purpose

1. I believe the King James Bible is the only version to be used for English-speaking people. *

2. I am a Baptist, and stand in the Baptist position only. *

3. The church I am planting/pastoring is/will be Baptist in both name and doctrine (not a 'bible church', 'non-denominational', etc.) as long as I am the pastor. *

4. I believe only authentic New Testament Baptist churches have the authority to start churches, and I am sent under the authority of such a church. *

5. I believe only two ordinances were given to the church - baptism and the Lord's Supper. *

6. I believe baptism should be administered by immersion, only for saved individuals, and only by an authentic New Testament, Baptist Church. *

7. I believe the Lord's Supper can only be administered by a church, and only for members of that local church (closed communion). *

8. If an individual who has been baptized at a church that is not a Baptist church seeks membership at our church plant, I would require the individual to submit to scriptural baptism before being accepted into the membership. *

9. The only manifestation of Christ’s church in this age is the local assembly of baptized believers, and I do not believe in the current existence of any universal, invisible church comprised of all believers. *

10. I reject all five points of Calvinism as being dangerous and unbiblical presentations of God’s character. *
